Sydney 2025

After 4 years of rocking out in Brisbane, Battle of the Tech Bands finally came to Sydney in October of 2025. Held at the Factory Theatre in Marrickville, it brought together 6 bands from some of the biggest tech companies in not only Australia, but the world! Despite this, it still retained the same community feel and vibe from the Brisbane events. Sponsored by Jumbo Interactive, the event also featured a lucky door prize from Australian sailing legend Lisa Blair for a 3 hour sailing adventure on Sydney Harbour. Competition was fierce, with ultimately only the thinnest of margins separating first and second place, but in the end it was a stunning performance from the four piece from Salesforce - the Agentics who took home the crown.
